Ed-two things-1) Both Superman and Batman always change clothes before saving lives (sorry if this ruins your case) and 2) The guy in the truck deliberately drove into the water-it is not raining at all-and you can catch a glimpse of him leaving the road-(I guess that this supports your case) lol
