DYK? “Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” Film Contains Undertones of Anti-Semitism

Oh yes there are many hidden things in movies that we never picked up on. While watching the Documentary/IDK What, “Room 237”, regarding Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining” I seemed to remember links to other films. So the one I noticed most recently was in the film “The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” streamed from some service I can’t remember which.

So in the movie the main characters eventually reach a super advanced artificial intelligence, a machine, that has immense power to predict and answer the most difficult queries. Ultimately they decide to ask it what is the answer to “what is the meaning of life”, generally.

After an hour or so they eventually realize they also need to find another then another machine to find out what is the question, in order to get the answer, you see. An ehh movie in my opinion but anyways. Before going through all this trouble the answer the machine with “the answer” to everything is “42”. No one understood what they meant. In 1942 Germany began the “final solution” and in Kubrick’s “The Shining” Film there is also a mention of this number and this same conspiracy.

So what do you think? Do you think anyone inserted that “answer” to the machines “answer to the universe”, to kill the Jews? Could this have been slipped in without anyone realizing? Why did they pick the number 42 if not? I think this could very easily been a prank by the writers or perhaps a deliberate attempt to put out an anti-semitic message in code. What do you think? Any meaning to the answer being the same as Kubrick film conspiracy? Does ‘Te Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy’ hate the Jewish people? I think we all know the answer.
