Mass Surveillance more than likely about "Unsanctioned" Time Travel

There is no doubt we are awash with Time Travellers ...

And probably have been for some time , I am convinced that Time itself is like real estate parceled off in chunks to warring parties , who are constantly battling each other for pieces of the "Time Pie" .

We are led to believe the outrageous paranoia of our masters is about control of the human populations . THIS NOTION SEEMS TO NOT HOLD UP VERY WELL. WE ARE WATCHED BUT VERY LITTLE EVER COMES OF IT.

Is this because it's not the population that is being watched and analysed primarily , but a tight reign on "sanctioned" Time Travel operations not being interfered with in our current time real estate ?

The control rooms of our "Mass surveillance" regime are probably the most secretive places ever on earth , and the intelligence community seem to be busy beavers doing things that are definitly NOT in the James Bond movie scripts .

I'll wager that "unsanctioned " Time Travellers operating in our time zones are far more troubling to our masters than anything the population can muster , think about it , carefully , you will see I'm onto the truth here.
