Q-anon Who and Why? Binary embedded codes?

As most of you I am sure have see there has been an anonymous poster on 4-chan and 8-chan going by the moniker Q-Anon. This poster has basically sparked an interest in researching politicians and government operations. This is one of the more interesting takes I have seen done.
