Is Public Safety Radio Affecting the Minds of Police and Fire Personnel? - The 400-450 MHz Frequency Fence

In studying my case at a frequency level, it occurred to me that first responders like Fire and Police are more exposed to Mind Control frequencies than nearly anyone. It's part of the job.
