Recently in the news there has been talk of a sound weapon or sonic weapon used in Cuba on some Canadian and U.S. diplomats. The report stated that the people were experiencing hearing loss, headaches, and body aches. (http://www.businessinsider.com/sonic-weapons-cuba-diplomats-hearing-loss-2017-8)
These weapons use sound levels at the infrasonic and ultrasonic levels. Infrasonic sound an be heard by humans. Where ultrasonic sound that is higher than what humans hear. 
These weapons are the new age of human assault by the governments that are sworn to protect us. Some bigger police departments have infrasonic weapons to use in crowd control. Why do we need weapons that can destroy a city by blasting sound? This is not the first time the U.S. has had a ultrasonic sound weapon used on them. In 1898 Tesla claimed he invented a earth quake machine that nearly destroyed his office building. He was so afraid of this that he took a sledge hammer to it. (
