We are on a hamster wheel of drugs causing disease that require more drugs to treat. I can get really frustrated when I think about the health care system - opioid addiction being caused by standard medical care, then being treated with more drugs! Almost as maddening as the current political climate!

And there are so many innovations (gut biome research, light therapy, effects of EMF’s, stem cell treatments, food as medicine, etc). And, do we really need to take vitamin D pills when our bodies actually make it better from the sun -- for free?
