Yeah this time seems they didn't bother much with fake blood and make up artists. Not even any CGI footage so far. A terror hoax on the cheap.
1 plastic bucket, some matches and some fluff and dirt thrown on a couple of people.
Just the "burnt" leg of the kid seems to have had some decent make-up work done on it, though in the video it looks even less realistic than in the picture.
