Well our country is the second richest country in world in terms of water resources but we have not utilized it properly and our government has neglected this one. After 17 years this project is going to be completed. It shows how weak our government and our country people is. But America far more advanced in technology they should be aware about water crisis that can cause scarcity in near future. Change starts with every American citizens, but it doesn't start until they do. Their life is at their own hand🙂
