The JFK Assassination is STILL a Matter of National Security

There has been plenty of speculation over the years about the assassination of President Kennedy. The official report (The Warren Commission) was met with criticism and questions that were left unanswered. Most notably, questions about the official story have been met with either derision, distraction techniques, or ignored altogether.

This year (2017), official documents about the assassination held by the CIA were released for the public. This would seem to be so the public no longer has questions over a very important historical event for our country. However, many of the documents still have redacted information, and some documents have been withheld altogether. What has not been released is being called "a matter of national security."

If there is any information about the assassination of JFK that is still a matter of national security, what does that mean? The simple answer is that the information being withheld would:

1. Affect the views of the American people,
   or
2. Expose sensitive information about an important and ongoing classified operation.

If it's the former, the American people are being lied to in order to keep us from reacting to the truth. The official narrative is that someone alive today was involved in this event in some way. By their own statements; someone alive today was involved in the assassination of JFK, or was involved in covering up what really happened. Who?

If it's the latter, then there is an ongoing operation involving the assassination of a US president. In other words, there is some program in place that allows for the assassination of one of our own who is not falling in line. That program is still active today.

So how could an event from more than half a century ago have an impact on the views of the American people? Good question. How would you feel to know JFK was assassinated by someone currently involved in US politics? Or by one of our own official organizations? How would you feel if JFK was assassinated because he refused to give in and be a corrupt president? These are all questions of speculation, but they're important. Why? Because they get us asking difficult questions. If any of these reasons are correct, wouldn't you like to know? I sure would.

In the end it's important to know we're still being kept in the dark because someone doesn't want us to know the truth. Whatever the answers are, we do not have them yet. Officially, at least.
