On paper and to the average person this is insanely far-fetched. But I happen to be fully on board with this idea. Given 'Hawking's' recent move into the climate change territory this becomes more plausible by the day. He has made some insane alarmist statements recently alongside Brian Cox which makes me very suspicious. The World is full of these false idols who we are simply meant to listen to and not in any way question. As soon as a supposed scientist favours political consensus over empirical evidence they should be ignored and treated with suspicion.
