Whilst most commentators passed over Donald Trump's comments regarding what would happen to North Korea if they persisted on the apparent course, I have a pretty good Idea of the capability of the tools he is referring to and have been calling it since before Tump said what he said.

The problem with revealing these weapons

The problem is that, if the US reveals Charge Cluster / Induced Charge Cluster / Microwave weapons, if they don't completely cover up the evidence of their use, two things will happen

1. The effects will directly correlate with those unexplained observations from 911
2. Legacy arms deals from the US, Russia, France, UK etc. will be shown to be the con that they are

It is number 2 that is the real problem, some people get upset when US makes 100s billions of dollars worth of deals with Saudi, or the Israeli or French do likewise with India. However, these weapons are relics of a bygone era, the quaint time when you could see the weapons coming, could move out of the way and know that they would deplete faster than they could be made and would be expensive to replace.

The reality is that these old style weapons would be totally useless in the face of new electromagnetic (EM) weapons - in fact, the weapons themselves would seal the demise of the holder as Kenneth Shoulders spelt out in the only document he produced that he self censored "disruptor.pdf". Moreover, there is almost no barrier to their continued use as, in many cases, there is no physical package that gets delivered to the target, at least, not on a human perception level. Metals can be softened, so missiles fall apart, structures can be dustified, communication systems rendered permanently useless, power grid lines made to dissapear all without 1 US soldier being put at risk.

There is one last benefit and problem, EM weapons can neutralise (or trigger) fissile material rendering both Nuclear and Hydrogen bombs (since Hydrogen bombs need a nuclear trigger) dud at the speed of light. With this known, how could those really in power perpetuate the myth that we all need massive military budgets to defend against redundant nukes and conventional kinetic weapons. Fear is the tool of choice for control and taxation in the modern world.

If used well, then NK will not know what hit them and other nations such as Russia and China that have these tools too will not want to call out the US on their use, since they would have to reveal their knowledge of them also and their complicity in keeping this technology from man, since the wider crime is that it can free us from other forms of environmentally damaging energy use and the big con that implies.
