Are conspiracy theories true?

According to most conspiracy theories the Rothschild banking family is apart from being the richest family ever, the ones who control the world's money and are responsible for all wars, which are made for the sole purpose of profit and power.

Which is all right, but being this family came into being, at least as a powerful family until the 17th or 18th century, my question is, why has there always been war, who was controlling the earth's wealth and power before this family came into being? I am not doubting the Rothschild's power but I think there is a terribly huge gap in conspiracy theories, which does not take into account this time lapse of thousands of years. So if there is a conspiracy, it has to go far beyond the Rothschilds and there must be some very much more powerful actors involved who have been at it for a much longer time.

This is the reason why I am not totally behind most conspiracy theories because most of them are just not complete, all of them have something missing, we are probably being misled and most of what we take as true, is actually just wishful thinking of people who just want to prove that what they believe is actually the truth.

I read about them every day and unfortunately most of what I read is written by people who are completely convinced of the truth in these theories but offer no proof.
