Such an empowering reminder Caitlin!

Many years ago a personal trauma caused me to seriously doubt myself. Most dangerous were that I felt I could no longer trust my intuition or my judgement.
Today’s political/media quagmire has given me a jumpstart, forcing me reach deep and reconnect with those parts of myself again and give them a good workout!
Reading this was like listening to a friend standing along side a marathon route cheering me on as I run.
