The only movie where flying saucers are not from outer space.

Trere is a movie made few years after the second world war, called 'The flying saucer'', where flying disc is a hidden project in Alasca and the battling sides are US and Russia's secret agencies. Possibly taken from Hitler by both sides, technology is portraited as having human origin. Speculations about Hitler's secret weapon is well known and my theory is, while Russians took the gear as they win the race to Berlin, US had to adopt scientists ( look at NASA founders ). Maybe that's what Cold War was all about. So after the war many rumours circulated about nazi's secret technologies and the movie was made in 1950. That is the only movie where there is no 'aliens' involved. First 'alien' movies were made soon afterwards and i'm into opinion that it is a cover-up story from then on. What are your thoughts on that?
