Patient presented with lesion in the vestibular region of the lower jaw.
Paciente masculino de 19 años de edad asiste a consulta odontológia para recibir tratamiento, al examen intrabucal se observo esta lesión justamente en el vestibulo inferior derecho el mismo manifesto que nunca ha sentido dolor y que la lesión tiene una evolución aproximadamente de 2 años, mediante la palpación la lesión es totalmente indurada de una consistencia fibrosa, el paciente expreso que nunca recibido un golpe o trauma constante que pudo ser el detenante de la formación de la lesión. Por lo que el paciente fue referido al área de cirugía bucal para tomar una biopsia y obtener resultados mediante el estudio histopatológico.
Creemos que por su característica puede ser una lesión de téjido conectivo, ya que ocasiona aumento y volumen en su tamaño, podemos observar que posee téjido de granulación se ubica a nivel subgingival, este puede originarse a través de ligamento periodontal una de las características que tiene es que sangra, también puede ulcerarse.
A 19 year old male patient attended a dental consultation for treatment. On intraoral examination this lesion was observed in the lower right vestibule and he stated that he had never felt pain and that the lesion had been present for approximately 2 years; on palpation the lesion was completely indurated and had a fibrous consistency. También te podemos orientar el diagnóstico pero primeramente debemos basarnos en la sintomatología, que el paciente manifiesta ya que el estudio histopatológico es el que nos va a permitir conocer qué patología bucal que es, está lesión no se presentó por algún trauma, pero pudo darse por una irritación de manera constante qué pasó hacer una irritación crónica en las cuales las células funcionan y se forman mucho más grandes, teniendo como etiología la presencia de irritantes locales.

En vista que este paciente es joven y debe tener una información precisa de su diagnóstico.
