Consciousness, Eating Habits and Oneness

Too much wanting is often met with disdain in the realm of understanding Oneness, but in a world where much is suppressed and occulted, wanting to gain insight is necessary.

Venture beyond the limits of conventional knowledge and learn about the gut-brain connection. Research it for yourself. Develop that 'want' for true insight. Gradually change what you put in your gut. Try intermittent fasting. Eat clean. Eat consciously and you will notice profound changes in your spiritual, cognitive and sensory experiences, but none of it can happen if you don't genuinely 'want' to venture inward and learn from the inside.
