Prometheus is the Thief of Fire

One day, Zeus delivered presents to all the gods, but he didn't care much about humanity. However, because he loved and felt sorry for people, Prometheus ascended Olympus and grabbed fire from Hephaestus' workshop, placed it in a hollow reed, and delivered it to the humans. This enabled humans to create fire, warm up, and create tools. Zeus became outraged when he learnt of this. He transported Prometheus to the Caucasus and tied him to a rock with powerful chains made by the smith god Hephaestus. Every day, Zeus would send an eagle to consume Prometheus' liver. For thirty years, Prometheus was imprisoned in the Caucasus until the heroic hero Hercules, Zeus' demigod son, eventually freed him.
