One Tunnel Leads to Another

Social media is part of our lives, for better or for worse. Like many people, I have multiple presences. For instance, I have three Twitter accounts. How accounts fit together can be a useful part of OSINT, or open source intelligence. An article on Null Byte gave me a starting point.

That article led to a second path to explore. The use of facial recognition for analysis. I need to explore how this can be utilized, and that may be a project for an upcoming weekend.

The two could eventually be applied together; an image give me a name, and I use that to develop a social media profile. Many times fellow activists post pics of nameless fascists or other "deplorables". I could see images of police or ICE agents being analyzed and profiled, perhaps during events.

I could see adding more tools to my digital detective kit; to the point where I may be able to fully doxx someone. I have a long way to go to reach that point!
