It's not much, but why not?

The Smallprint (I always try to upvote any reasonable comments (i.e. those with more than a few words) with between 5% and 20% of voting power - this presently equates to about 2 cents to 8 cents depending on my voting strength. Please be patient, it can sometimes take several days before I do my upvotes. If there aren’t enough comments, I will simply upvote myself.)

I made an article about this yesterday, hardly anyone is upvoting and in the comments there are no upvotes by the OP or at least a reply to the comment.
This is a fascinating proposal. I often get my best value in upvotes from comments I leave on Steemit. Those comments typically have more to do with cryptocurrency, politics or gardening than "hey win an upvote". Nonetheless, I like the idea.
Even if I didn't "win" it was interesting reading your experiment.
