I love the archaeology and sleuthing of etymology, and indeed, epistemology. A very well written and engaging article about the struggle of being alive. Thanks for putting it out there.

Etymology, language and word symbols are very interesting to get into. You learn a lot about how we create words to reference reality and convey truth about it. Check out my previous work if you are interested to learn more about word symbols and their "magic" to influence us to act in the world.

That power is what interests me so much about language. I really believe what Terence McKenna says - that the world... is made of words... and if you know the words... you can make of it what you will.

Learning the meanings and their power, in a given situation, is the hard part.
