How companies lose customers?

There's so much reason why a companies can felt down, and lost their customers. And and some of the reason are basically based on what the thing's that they do wrong. It can be from how the sell themselves, what they sell, or even when they sell. But it's doesn't mean other reason doesn't affect it, for some companies, even the big one, an advance technology can be a boomerang for them, it can be a time bomb that make them have to be in "out of business" term.

First let's see from the things that they do wrong. Take an example like they were selling a damage goods, for a loyal customer, it's a common thing's that they didn't have an exact things as they want, sometimes it happens, and they can forgive such thing's, beside usually company give them a warranty that can use wherever this kind of thing's is happens, but for the new customers, this kind of thing's really make them feel unsatisfied, and disappointed. Because from the beginning they having a high expectations for the company, and when the company didn't achieved it. Of course this new customers lost their interest. That's not the only things, the other thing's like the high price, bad customers service, or even un-ready stock can be a real trouble for a company.

And for the other reason like advance tech, I can give you a company books as an example. People now oftenly use tablets as their media to read something, and book's want to not going to get wipe out. So it's gonna be a hard deal for even a big companies to get done by. But it doesn't mean it's impossible.
