I would like you to provide more info on what accounts are excluded from getting the airdrop ("those who actively contributed to the centralization" is quite vague expression). Do you have some list? Or can you at least tell approximately how many accounts will be excluded? If it is really just about the core accounts or if you even extend the exclusion to those who for example voted for bad witnesses.
