Democracy vs Republic
But we are also dealing with a democracy type system that can in fact violate private property to censor. That is why America was founded to be a republic and NOT a democracy. So, @Fervi, I say unto you that these things are kind of complex.
Of course, punishing people for their views is not a sign of censorship.
