I don't think there will be a common announcement about dapps. Every developer can decide if he wants to migrate his apps or not. I fully support Hive and will move Engrave / DBLOG and any other app as soon as possible.
I see and understand that. But there are already for sure a list of dapps that are confirmed to be starting and migrating from the beginning. Because otherwise I don't think this would be coming out like this. I bet there were a lot of conversations behind the scenes.
Check our your favorites apps directly, I believe many of us will publish an appropriate post soon.
I have already annoyed them on their discords and telegram groups lol
