We have started a stage of evolution and transformation, because we believe that with education and focus we can achieve changes that make you grow up as a human being and with which we can improve the system; breaking with the theory that: like this is the world and nothing will change.

Changes are always necessary but we are afraid to start new stages, we as a project have been restructuring our vision, due the blockchain is something new and we must create mechanisms that adapt more to the system; as well as having the ability to create new ideas that make you improve inside and outside the platform, believe us when we tell you that Steemit is not the only world we are going to know, Steemit is just the first station. Welcome to the Future.

We want to transform our processes to achieve a bigger integration, to have more capacity to influence and impact positively within the community, so that they can identify with us. We have to be leaders who build new leaders, with a transfer of leadership and knowledge.

We have leadership and influence that are our big fundaments to build this organization @votovzla in a positive and successful way. We believe that working together with the users of the blockchain and they that are outside of the blockchain, we can create human networks and work as a team, in order to leverage the future of all.

We believe in venezuelans people, we believe that we can do big things: breaking the paradigms that limit the way we educate ourselves and connect with people. We have to create new educational horizons where the focus are: to grow our being and knowing, that will allow us to have greater capacity to work as a team, communicate better and think about our environment.
