I've also been avoiding Toothpaste with Fluoride in it for years. Most of our Fluoride needs are naturally satisfied through food and beverages we don't really need extra Fluoride .

    Thank you. I stopped using it several years ago as well and only drink distilled water since 8 yrs ago.
