Help Us Help Red Fishes and Minnows - Steemit Achievers

Good day, awesome people of Steemit!

Steemit Achievers is currently doing a revamp and updating our mechanisms to help all our members and of course, the Steemit platform as a whole. We have come to conclude that there should be no one left out and everyone who uses our banner must be appreciated and given the support they need. We want to actively work hand in hand with everybody and make a difference in the platform by launching activities where people can participate, be recognized and rewarded. We want to spearhead as a community that puts the interest of our members and the platform as the top priority.

Currently, we have automated our curation and we are hoping the Voting Power of the account can sustain to upvote every member, once per day. We also boost their posts using the @steemitachievers account if we think they need more visibility and deserve the recognition. We promote contests, we encourage our members to join contests. We will also be hosting contests, every now and then. We have Live Games in Discord on some weekends when someone wants to sponsor and host them, this is another way to promote camaraderie in the group and a way to earn SBDs and upvotes for the participating members.

We are in need of help and support. Our membership in Facebook is now at 774 and 289 members in our Discord server. The admins have been giving donations and delegations to increase the SP of the @steemitachievers account and some of our committed members have helped fellow members with curating good posts. Our committed members has helped in their own little way to share best practices and motivate others to keep steeming and understand the culture in Steemit. As our membership grows and as they learn, we need to reinforce our @steemitachievers account so we can initiate more projects that promote the brilliant works of our members.

We need all the support we can get from our fellow Steemians and members of this group who has the heart to help small fish communities like ours, #steemitachievers. In #steemitachievers, we promise to help our fellow members and we want to promote a generally positive and a helpful environment in Steemit. We are doing what we are doing because we believe everyone should have a chance to get help, be recognized and be part of a community in Steemit. As Steemit grows, we want to help the entire community to find hidden gems in here.

Here are 3 ways you can directly help @steemitachievers and help a community of Minnows and Red Fishes:

1. Donations

We are accepting donations to buy more SP so we can support more members with our upvotes.
You may transfer SBD or Steem to our Group Account @steemitachievers in your wallet and write a memo regarding the donations so we, the admins can track it. We will ask your permission for us to mention your name as a donor in one of our posts as gratitude for your generosity.

2. Delegations

We will be accepting delegations in any amount. Any amount helps! You may delegate using the Steembottracker's Delegation Manager. Feel free to ask the admins how this is done or leave a comment below if you are interested.

3. Auto-upvotes

Steemians who use Apps for curation like Steemauto, Steemdunk and Steemvoter, you may set to include @steemitachievers as one of the accounts to be auto-upvoted by your account. Feel free to ask the admins how this is done or leave a comment below if you have concerns.

Other than these direct means to help our community through our group account, we also encourage you to individually help our members, you may follow them, upvote and resteem their works.

People are helpful and generous, but sometimes they just don't know how to help and who to help. Please help us help our fellow Red Fishes and Minnows through our curation account @steemitachievers, be a member of #steemitachievers and donate, delegate, upvote and participate in our activities. This is one of those communities that are made by small fishes for the small fishes.

Please help us build a community that can sustain our growing membership. In the future, we will come up with a mechanism to reward our generous donors and the delegators through an investment model that is now in the works in the admin's side, but for now, we are looking forward to have the @steemitachievers account on its feet in order for it to sustain its own growth and help as many Steemians as possible.

Who are we?

We are Steemit achievers, a new community of Steemians from different countries across the world. We started as a small group in Facebook then we opened a server in Discord. We maintain an interactive 24/7 group chat both in Discord and in Facebook Messenger to help fellow Steemians. Majority of our members are Red Fishes, thus needing support and guidance. We the admins of the group are doing our best to help all our members and promote ways for each of the members to help each other in the group. This is the reason why we made this @steemitachievers account to be our curation account and help give recognition to underappreciated posts of our fellow Red Fishes and Minnows.
