Introducing Steemians Arena Community

In our quest to help minnows/newbies gain a foothold and achieve their true potential, we have come up with a project that will help and encourage minnows in their quest on steemit.

However, before I go on, let me briefly tell you about steemiansarena

Steemiansarena is about building a community that will contribute immensely to the growth and consistency of steemit members in its own little way. It's aimed at maintaining the activeness and growth of members of its community. Aside helping minnows grow, it also creates bond between people of different countries and cultures.

Since no one can do it all alone, steemiansarena build up is for people to come together to support and help one another growth. We bring people together to educate, encourage, support each other to grow, to remain active and consistent on the steemit platform.

So far, our members are growing with the help of links and voice notes that give detailed explanation on how steemit works, how to use the right tags, how to increase your followers, how to reference post, how to attach images to post, etc.

Steemiansarena has a whatapp group https://chat.whatsapp.com/50wJ8HvVsK26pKW4j2HXmS that consists of 95 members. Our whasapp group was created last month and we currently have 95 members.

We also have a discord channel created three days ago where we carry out activities https://discord.gg/3GGwjSt

These groups are open groups with invite links that enable easy access to anyone that wishes to join.

The community recorded a good turn out within a short period of time. This was because of the fire and zeal upon which it was built. Although, there are still challenges such as lack of passion and enthusiasm of some members who came with the mentality that it was a get rich quick scheme and once they saw it wasn't, they grumbled and fell by wayside.

But today, with our focus and relentless efforts, we keep growing everyday and nothing can stop us. Great achievements to come and we will keep the fire burning guys.

The brain behind the steemiansarena community is @tosyne2much. He has been working tirelessly with the help of co-founder, @Udeeze to introduce it to people and encourage newly sign up accounts on steemit.

The co-founders have been consistent in publicizing and looking out for minnows to bring into the community. They devise strategies on how to make our plans work out and improve the community. We are one big family.

Our Curation Trail

We started our trail last week and we are more than 25 in the trail now, a sign that we are increasing and improving. Though, our trail's upvote isn't worth much but we believe things will get better. To make our upvote relevant and to attract more people, we need a high SP.

Our steemiansarena account will be engaging in curation for newly sign up accounts and certain top quality post with low payout from the community and extensive to the larger steemit community. Though, our trail upvote is still very insignificant but with time, things will get better. (We believe great things start in a small way)

Our mode of Curation

• For now, we focus on limiting our curation to those whose reputation is still very below
• We do not curate a cheetah infested post
• Post must not be less than 7 hours old
• Newbies who use steemiansarena tag in their introductory posts will get our upvote provided the post is obviously about 200 words long (in exception to poems and artworks)
• Other submissions should be obviously about 300 words long (in exception to poems and artworks )

NB: Introductory posts have a higher chance of approval. If posts meets all of the above requirements, approval will be based on the discretion of the curators.

Why we need your support

Well, the team behind has already proposed a certain donation (steem or SBD) weekly towards this project but you all know that a tree cannot make a forest, so we are using this opportunity to call out for your support.

We believe we can do better if we have enough steem power, so we will be very glad if we can have the support of kind hearted pioneers who can help delegate steem power to our steemiansarena account

Your comments, follow, votes and resteem will also go a long way.

Steemiansarena Project

Steemiansarena will be giving updates on top/best payout posts in the community. Contests, competitions, events, steemit promotions, post promotions, recruitments, details and any other activities within the community that needs to be publicized

We will also be working hand-in-hand with the leaders/pioneers of all the projects currently ongoing in the community.

As we all know that some people's interest fizzle-out due to the difficult to get certain level of exposure to earn good payouts, therefore, there will be a preserving percentage of upvotes for the "introduceyourself" tag to support and encourage newly signups, and good content with low payout.

Above all, quality of content of post will be a top criteria for getting curated.

Giveaways

We don't want to boast but @steemiansarena will definitely be engaging in certain free SBD giveaways. This will be achieved from the SBD payout earned from posts on the @steemiansarena blog. The remaining amount will be converted to SP for the growth of the curation project
