Neo I think is risky. But if it already got Backing from the Chinese government I am sure there is some kind of plan. Perhaps they are just going to find a more controlled way for other coins to build on the neo platform instead of ICO
Stay in ETH and LTC ditch the XMR for NEO or OMG but OMG is up rn.
