This is so true bro! It just strikes a perfect note like de javu. I have been working with a so called community leader for a project only to notice that he was a leech just taking credit for something he never did. He wasn't even supporting the project even when he had the means. It was just getting pathetic that I just had to pull the plug. Thanks for sharing bro!

I guess sometimes by experiencing the bad, then we get to learn for ourselves what NOT to do when leading anything, maybe it be a project, a community or a company. :)
