"MINNOWS QUALITY POSTS NEEDS TO BE CURATED DOLPHINS AND WHALES" 🐟🐬🐋

Hello everyone.

I think there are some quality posts by newbies(new users to steem) or "Minnows", which has not been acknowledged by "Dolphins" and "Whales". If we want steem to be the most used platform we need more users to the platform. If we have more users then steem will become more worldwide. But how can it be run with only the elders (dolphins and whales). I mean it will not be that wide used if it is like that. Am i wrong?

The point I'm trying to make here is that there are many good quality posts from so called "Minnows" which is being ignored. I not saying anything bad to the platform, but in this opportunity I would like to say that, if no encouragement for "Minnows" the platform will stay in the same level. It won't be going up in the competitive world of cryptocurrency. My opinion is that more of elders (Dolphins and Whales) need to acknowledge, encourage and appreciate the good contents or posts by "Minnows".

    Thank you for the post @Mike50. I wholeheartedly agree with your point. However, I do believe there are initiatives currently on Steemit that are aimed to assist minnows. There are accounts like @minnowbooster which are give minnows the opportunity to take agency and grow their own accounts using the tool. There are also groups like @sndbox which have accelerator hubs to support and encourage content creators in improving minnow's ability to continually crank out content and market the minnow's content to other whales and dolphins within its network.
