Those are excellent questions and we'll be tackling them in posts in the coming weeks. We will be implementing a referral and nomination system for existing members to bring others into the program. We the Sndbox team don't want to have more decision power than our members and we'll most likely be implementing a way for Steemians to nominate as well!
