I have and i find it very hard to understand. Im working to grow naturally which is slower but i also need time to figure out a good blogging style and better equipment. I want to scale my account appropriately with my knowledge, time and effort. If i inflate too quickly it would be unsustainable. See what i did there?
They're...particular about the way they help people. They don't want to be a dumping ground for people to drop links to their posts and have that be that. They want to be a place where people can meet others and form friendships.
It's good that you have the foresight to make sure you don't grow too big for your britches, though. That's a good thing to be aware of.
