Blockchain and talent, an upcoming collaboration with radioxity to bring about a Change in the pool of talents we got

Its been a swell time in Lagos , being able to meet wonderful steemians like @lovelens, a cinematographer and photographer , also the manager of radioxity media, the creative media center Ive been i n for a few days now.
Its amazing seeing nigerians doings thing the unorthodox way.
Radioxity is an establishment that aims at new age media creation, stop motion animation, music production and many more.
Still working on different deals, for the SIN event coming up by November 2018, thing look pretty good that a collaboration with radioxity is a sure.
Another collaboration with radioxity that is coming to fruition , and which is the most important , is the community development programs we are launching.
To build talents in terms of music, photography and audio engineering.
A problem I have found out with having talents is that the world recognizes it, and capitalizes on it.
The average cost of setting a proper music studio is very very high, talkless of acquiring camera equipments.
In nigeria alone, a total of 5m will be considered a good studio.
In terms of getting analog gears, consoles and more, the cost of making a studio grows exponentially .
Certain equipment costs more than $10,000 on their own.
This hinders the ability to grow, and only the rich or those with good sponsors are able to reign.
This is the centralization we see in the music industry and more apparent now, in the photography Industry.
With steady, little and long lasting plans, we hope to get the larger talent pool the opportunity ti support themselves and express their talent.
Perhaps the best part about all these partnership that is starting to crop up is the fact the youths, the talented youths are the ones that stand to benefit the most.
Through blockchain tech, we move forward to create situations whereby individuals can not only learn, but utilize their talents.

Great initiative bro. I know how it feels when you have good content but can't find platform for expression, and the right funding. Music is work, quality music is much more work backed up with good financing and promotion.

Wow, there is a great initiative. Most people with talent loses focus due to inability to redefine their talent associated with economic downturn. I happened to be one of them.. Through blockchain entertainment and partnership, Radioxity will do well. Stay bless

Sometimes the monetary cost of achieving a dream can bedevil one's plan.
It would have been better if the government can lay down some plans and stuff to help ease the burden off entrepreneurs.
Imagine after spending a whole lots on equipments, you now have to worry yourself with cost of fueling generator.
After one man will now say we the youths are lazy.
Anyways, can't wait to see you in abuja again for the S.I.N 2.
