Great idea, I will look to join. By the way, isn't if funny how after a run you have the best ideas!!?? It must be all the blood pumping through to the most important muscle people have!!
For me it's the shower usually. I always thought it must have to do with water, as swimming laps in a pool tends to bring about great ideas as well. Probably for the irony of not being able to write anything down immediately.
That's true! I always have great ideas mid-run, however forget a lot before I get back home again!!

I agree. I never regret a run. Some people get it from biking or swimming, me a runner at heart I will always be. Lol. More importantly, thanks for dropping by. Have a good one!
