Unboxing Video - My First Gift from a Fellow Steemian!
Today was a HUGE day! It was the first time that I received a gift in the mail from another Steemian! A huge thank you to @goldmatters for sending me this awesome #goldmoney t-shirt.
Some of you may have seen the Austin Powers cover I did a few days ago. I covered "Hey Goldmember" by Beyonce. Here's a snapshot of the craziness for those who missed it...
The day before, we got to talking about songs that are about gold (turns out... there are TONS of them) and he offered to send me a t-shirt for doing a cover of one of them. I couldn't pass up that opportunity, so I basically chose the craziest gold song possible... doesn't get much more fun than Austin Powers!
I have to say you guys... this feels momentous to me on more than one level. A free t-shirt is awesome, but to me this symbolizes how strong this community really is. It shows that the friendships and relationships we are building here transcend more than just online and on the block chain - but that we can make a real difference in each other's lives.
@goldmatters is a huge part of the gold community here on steemit and I would highly recommend you check out his page! He is kind, witty and a great person to get to know.
STAY TUNED... I will be posting another cover of a "Gold" song...but sporting my new shirt this time! Keep an eye out for that coming soon.

The best part about this is my kindergarten level packing job. You should see my Christmas gifts, I wrap them all in aluminum foil. It’s shiny, its silver, and it reminds people of food...... Thank you for this unboxing video @coruscate! I am proud to have giving you your first official gift from a Steemian:) As your fame grows I’m sure you will recieve many more... Can’t wait for your next gold tune!!

When I saw the fingernail of this post I thought you might be pulling out one of those delicious gold pieces...and I was thinking....so thats what the box looks like, oh goody she's going to rip that box open and wear her golden investment! But alas, this story was just as golden!

There are a few ways you can upload a video here on Steemit. You can either upload a video to YouTube and drop the link into your post, or you could post a video on the Dtube platform. I always recommend using Dtube if you can! Here is a link to the site - https://d.tube
You will need to login with your steemit credentials.

Hey @sanctuspierre, what kind of video are you trying to upload? If it's a Youtube video, you can just paste the link anywhere and it will appear once the post is done.
