@enginewitty, Great to know about your Steem Journey and all the Initiatives which you brought here or part of. In my opinion one thing is for sure and that is Steem Ecosystem needs more Community Development Initiatives and it's reflecting as in this blog some of the Community Development Projects are mentioned.

As @shadowspub would say - It's all about community - and one thing I've noticed is that since these last few hardforks, it's the people that are closely tied to a community that have remained here and are toughing out the hurricane.
