I was just gifted 2 shares today and I delegated 100 sp. I'm not sure what happens now because I don't quite understand the voting but I'll get the hang of it lol

Account will gradually grow pending upvote balance, and when the balance is high enough you will get upvotes on your posts. It shouldn't take too long with that delegation level.
