¡Vibration therapy the pain reliever!
Many of us have heard about the vibration therapy and its miracles like it reduces 44% of the pain sensation and that it can even replace the famous ibuprofen, but is it as good as it is said? Well, it is known for not representing a great cost or great risk and unless you consume blood thinning medications, have advanced diabetes, heart disease or you are in pregnancy, it is highly recommended to calm the pain, even for those with fibromyalgia.
But, what is it exactly and how can it be applied?
