Very nice explanation of voting and how to utilize it to help yourself and others grow. I think the voting on another person page comments is something that gets overlooked by not just the new users but also by some that have been on steemit for awhile. A vote and a comment that caught your eye, may get you a new follower, and that person visiting your page and voting on a piece you did.
Thank you! Indeed it is an advance skill that minnows need to learn when they reach the 1--=200 SP range.
A good vote in another comment may end you with a new follower.
