@SteemitBD received 100 SP delegation from @guiltyparties

Dear All,

You might know that I have been working to develop a community organisation on steemit which is working to develop social and community activities of youths from Bangladesh and empower them through steemit blockchain. Yesterday, @guiltyparties delegated 100 SP for the community as support to @SteemitBD from his witness earning.

Last one year, I was working behind the community account and was trying to advice Bangladeshi steemians via comments and promoting their quality articles in different social media like Facebook , Twitter. I found very few of Bangladeshi users know about discordapp when it is vital tools to grow on steemit.

I found many Bangladeshi users were personally inboxing support when as an individual, it is hard to satisfy all equally. Moreover, many of the Bangladeshi steemians don't know how to work on steemit, write about their life, how to present their talent, write quality articles and engage with many communities. On the other hand, a lot of BD steemians are blacklisted for plagiarism, spam and other anti-steemit activities while the quality writers from the same country get zero visibility due to lack of networking, community involvement and support from followers.

My plan is to bring them on discord, connect them to each other and bring support form the global communities. In addition to this, utilize internal community power to educate new members, arrange competition, community activities and so on.

Right Now Community supporting three of the running program:

Curating good articles written by Bangladeshi steemians:

@SteemitBD curates three-four articles in a day to upvote 100% from @steemitBD and curation trail. It gives around $0.10- $0.16 to selected articles. We resteem the articles for more visibility.

Article curation competition:

@steemitbd motivates members and support them to write quality articles. We select around 10 articles on Tuesday and Friday competition. Authors of the posts present the articles during the hangout and judge decide the three best artciles to get upvotes from Bangladeshi high SP holders.

Contest:

The contest of photography received good numbers of entries from Bangladeshi steemians. 1 SBD will be rewarded as a prize on Every Friday who will share his/her best photography with us.

Incentivize Writers for @SteemitBD

Steemit Bangladesh has around gives the opportunity to writers who are writing quality articles for @steemitbd. After approval receives from reviewers, the article is published by writing team. The part of the post rewards goes to the writing team.

On Tuesday, around 20 Bangladeshi steemians in the hangout. I am sharing it more proudly as it is first community connected all together on discord and @SteemitBD is the first community came forward to support people from Bangladesh.

I am also buying a server to run bots and allow them to get free upvotes. I will personal delegate my SP soon to the community too for mass impact in my country youths, on steemit. Also, we are looking for delegators, supporters, sponsors as a community. I would like to utilize my skill and experinece to support large number of Bangladeshi to empower themselves through Steemit Blockchain.

None of Bangaldeshi steemians has lage amount 10K SP at least. I found a lots of development and promotion of steemit by @firepower in India while it is absent in neighbour country Bangaldesh. To support the community, we need more development of the project. We need meetup and may other community work together here. It will be highly appriciated to have support from any of my followers here.

I am uploading tutorials on youtube for the. The community Youtube channel shared public, unlisted videos to educate youths on steemit.

I would like to have more suggestions from community-oriented steemians to develop the community. Also I really appreciate the steem power delegation from @guiltyparties. He is not only supporting @steemitBD but many other communities, worthy causes. As a moderator of @steemcleaners, he personally supported many Bangladeshi steemians and playing a vital role on steemit.
