Well i think that the most obvious way to top the charts in your 'division' or league is to buy some STEEM and power it up :)

But as that is not an option for all, I would say a good place to start is the #contest tag. There are STEEM, SBI'S, etc up for grabs constantly, and so it could well be worth checking that tag out daily.

Other than that, keep on blogging / producing video content, driving visibility on Twitter, and hope that you can pick up some support along the way. Good luck!
