Communitarianism vs. Marxist Communism, Commonalities and Differences:

Communitarianism has a communistic component, however, it is not fully defined by communism, as non communal ideas, not diametrically opposed to communitarian virtues/values are allowed like justified individual rights and ambitions and private possession of wealth.

Communitarianism is a philosophy that all things should be held common or at least things that are in the public interest.

Communalism, a populist philosophy that emphasizes the desires and needs of the community as an absolute priority to the interests and needs of individuals and businesses.

The similarities are that we believe some things should be held ㏌ common, the sun and moon shouldn’t be someone’s private property or be owned by a sovereign country, they should be held ㏌ common for obvious reasons, most, if not all of the earths land should be commonly owned as man didn’t make the earth yet man can’t fully benefit from the earth if it’s held ㏌ private possession.

The means of production ought to be the property of the workers or be common to all.

This is the end of it, at least with regard to Marxist communism.

Communitarianism does not believe ㏌ a stateless, classless anarchist type of society, we do not believe ㏌ atheism, we do not believe ㏌ forcing a redistribution of goods rightfully earned not through exploitative methods. We have no intention of abolishing the nuclear family. We believe that a communal society cannot be achieved without a permanent involvement of the government, whereas Marxism seeks a stateless society.

We believe religion dialectically makes people more selfless and attracts more selfless/humble people, religion is a force of love and a force of good in the world. Belief ㏌ God is beforehand an attribute of humility that is required for communitarianism to flourish. We believe in personal private property, but we ration any property that can be considered an expense for the public aka land ownership is at the public's price.

In general, we are opposed to copyright laws and the private sector, but if they can be regulated on an ethical and comprehensive basis, we could be open to an existing private sector.

Individualism, profit and privatization are libertarian values which we do not embrace, we believe in communitarianism, public domains, populism and the motivation of well-being, not the motivation of profit.
