I don't disagree with you, but want to point out that it's called "Intelligence" as if that could be quantified through a test considering that there a hundreds if not thousands of different things counted as "intelligence", from mechanical, artistic, poetic, blah blah blah.

Research the treatment of black people by cops, research the treatment of gypsies. For example in Romania they don't even have rights and are looked at as sub human, nobody goes to jail for killing a gypsy, people applaud you for it, a Master Reader Gypsy is going to have a great time in Romania, or a chance to escape poverty.
