THE POWER OF COMMUNICATION.

When a leader fails, it is as a result of failure in communication resulting from failure of discipline.

I see effective communication as a responsibility of a leader to inspire trust and confidence verbally to his people.

No matter how proficient a leader may be, if he/she doesn't communicate effectively, he/she won't be able to lead well.
