I've moved away from labels and still do my best to follow NVC as you introduced me to years ago. Regarding labels too, I tend to explain my objective. Anyone sharing that same objective is a friend of mine. What we call each other is really meaningless as long as the objective is shared. That objective for me of course is furthering individual liberty.
