RE: A legend leaves FaceBook, but he is far from finished.
Keep up the fight. In Australia common law is no longer being honoured and that's from the mouth of lawyers who worked via law. They are now being forced to fight cases by legal means and legal, of course, gets changed to suit the causes of government as and when it chooses.
It is the same here in the U.S. Many are in prison now, losing everything as they tried to argue common law in the corrupt courtrooms.
I'm afraid as soon as you enter their courts, you are playing there rules, best to stay out of them and use Lawful Dissent to fight of any claimants. Works for some stuff but for the more serious cases, they just rail-road us all. Doesn't leave us much option other than to revolt. It's all socialism through the back-door.
Agreed. I have made sure to minimize any contact I have with the bureaucracy, always maintaining a polite stance without hooking any agreements to them when it was unavoidable.
We have many members from Australia who have joined the common law registry. It is actually a common law crime of Sedition for anyone to denounce the UK/Comonwealth constitution, but I get what you are saying. They stopped teaching common law in the universities in the 70's (conveniently as we were entering into EU) and that was the beginning of the whitewash. The fact that Lawyers still have to look for "case law" in case there has already been a ruling more that suggests common law is still in effect. The whole law system was set around laws that weren't man-made(Statutes) to protect us from ourselves. If common law is null and void, why do we have royalty who swear an oath to uphold the "laws of the land"? Common Law can be reinstated, but as usual it takes numbers and unity. Hard to come by these days. Thanks for the support
