24th March 2001. A true story about the day the rebellion started. Part 2.

in #common-law6 years ago (edited)

Hello folks and a big thanks to those who supported part 1 of this tale. You know who you are and your kindness is duly noted 😇

Throughout this short series(Hopefully only 4 parts) I hope to show you how common law came into being, the morals that make it so important and of coarse we will then look at clause 61 and why it is despised by the UK government...

I will conclude with the many examples of how YOU can stand under Article61, to enable you to peacefully protest and protect against the crown and all its agents.

So come and gather round, this is a Moot and you are all invited to chip in!

Now let's get on with part 2 and find out why Magna Carta 1215 is so revered, more than 800 years after the document was sealed in perpetuity.

"Sealed in perpetuity" - A ye'olde way of saying, MC1215 will still stand when the next Royal heir takes to the throne.

This tradition comes from an honourable gesture, made by King Alfred the Great, when he took the throne and agreed to uphold the laws set by the King before him.
(We will get to that bit later, but they didn't name him "The Great" for nothing... 😉)

The Hypocricy of a fallen crown

Although there are many versions of Magna Carta, all said to be a higher power than the last, which is a complete lie I might add(2015, "Sealed in perpetuity", remember...), the UK celebrated the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta and chose to do this in the year of 2015...

They even saw fit to release these £2 coins and one of these rare coins managed to find its way to me

So it seems that someone behind the scenes agrees with the 12,000 lawful rebels in the UK and hails the original charter as the one to be honoured. Funny that...

Our government know how important this moment was and often pretend to stand by its principles in this half-hearted fashion. I often feel they just do this to poke fun at us all and wave the truth in our faces, holding salvation like it was a carrot leading a worn out mule.

First of all I would like to bring up the point of how common law is entwined with the 10 commandments, or so it has been made to look. This silent agreement, between Law and Religion, has given strength to both parties and there is no real contradiction when the two meet. They do seem to compliment one another quite well, but I want to make it clear that common law goes much deeper than religion and it is of upmost importance, to show you how this bond is now beginning to be used against us.

To understand how this has been done, we must first understand why common law and religion ever became so close...

Part 1 ended at the point where Ted Heath(then Prime minister) had fooled the public and signed us into the EEC. As this meant that parts of our constitutional law would have to be repealed, the public should have been offered a referendum or general election. The people of Britain were given neither and treason was committed against the UK constitution, against the good people of the Commonwealth and against the creator himself.

Religion and it's importance within law

Whether you believe in Christianity or not, makes no difference for those who wish to support common-law. I personally think there is a higher power, but I just choose not to believe in a white Jebus or take the word of the bible as gospel truth. The way I like to see it, is that what we know as "the 10 commandments" is actually natures laws. Man has just become wise to manipulation and decided to humanise a powerful force. Those who knew of this plan have also taken advantage of the power of their faith and used this divine convenience, to place themselves in a sort of Demigod position.

In a perfect world this would not really be a problem, but by allowing these positions to be created, we open ourselves up to those who have hidden agendas, people who seem to find blending in all too easy.
Religion, by its self, uses the 10 commandments to guide the people, but this often falls short and common law is then called to reinforce the breaches.

With common law now playing 2nd fiddle to a more EU style of justice, we find ourselves in a situation that could certainly be described as "hell on Earth"

These vermin were all protected for decades, by the church and government and it is only since Sir Jimmy Savile spilled the beans, that all this came to the public's attention.
Shame we don't have a similar list of politicians to add to this post, but it seems they are all developing dementia, before they get caught...COUGH COUGH, LORD JANNER, COUGH! COUGH! DOLPHIN SQUARE!
(Maybe one day soon, that will change...)

Religion will always be supervised by its own rules and the same is true with common law and those who uphold its values.

In the case of common law, this self governance is it's life-force and without it it would not make sense. Common law is our written version of mother natures laws and its purpose is to protect its subjects.

I will show you that common law came before religion and while folk have always entertained the holy alliance, they all knew that it was about all of us being treated equally and creating lawfully binding securities, to compensate them when things did go wrong. We are only human after all...

This is one of the few instances where I feel religion imposes itself too much and creates the very thing common law stands against. A pope standing above millions of hysterical fans is not what these laws represent and they do certainly not represent the ethos of the sovereign human being.

Maybe it's time to draw a clear line in the sand and make sure we all know that Law and Religion should be seen as separate entities, just in case we all decide to go along with science and embrace the next step of evolution. A step that must still be taken with natures laws in mind.

In the case of religion and it's own dynamics within its rules. It does seem that this omnipotent supervision is there to protect it from its subjects mortal flaws and not to assume innocence at the gate. In the eyes of the lord we are presumed to be sinners and while this may be true, the definition of sinner is very subjective and therefore open to manipulation. Common law does not have this problem, due to its simplistic foundations. No white Jebus, no demigods, just men, women and children all seen equally in the eyes of the law...

It is a mistake that is made by too many people, to confuse these two separate beliefs as being the same thing and this is something I would like to clarify, before we go any further.

One of the things that strengthens the bond, between these two beliefs, is how man should not be allowed to create laws. Discover them yes, but creating laws is the job of Mother-Nature(Or God, Budha, Alla etc etc). This restriction on us mortal humans has always served us well and when religion began to claim right on the origins of nature, it seemed to make little difference to common law.

Over time, this special friendship has blurred the lines and some feel that if they can remove religion from our society, they can then remove common law...
It is important to see that Britain gave birth to written law as the country was going through constant upheavals, caused by Vikings, Romans and Anglo-Saxons alike. One of the main belief systems in the UK was Paganism and if you think people flip-flopped on the daily, over their religious beliefs, you are hugely underestimating our ancestors.

It is a fact that the counties around, what is known colloquially as, "the midlands"(Nottingham being one of them) remained under what was known as "Danelaw" long after the Romans had retreated and still remained after the Normans had crossed from Normandy, to occupy the UK . This was because the Danish Vikings, who had decided to settle here and had fought off tyrants from both Roman and European invaders, had never given up their beliefs and stood strong against any changes being made. Yet they still welcomed the common laws being created by the first Kings of England...

So you see the UK had many different people from many different nations and at the time Magna Carta came around, these families were still residing in the UK and they all agreed to stand under common law, not the religion that claimed to be it's creator.

But even 'The great charter" has a past and in part 3, I will show you how a country that had multiple monarchs, saw fit to consolidate their laws and begin to find a path towards becoming a sovereign nation.

Preview to part 3...

The origins of common law and the road to Runnymede.

Now before I transport us all back to the times of Merlin and the the first Kings of England, I want to make a very important point to you all. This is something that never gets mentioned enough, when talking about 'The great charter'. If folk ever want to understand why we have laws and why Magna Carta 1215 is the only reliable representation of those laws, then please pay attention to this next part...
