RECETA - "Revuelto de col con pimientos"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? Os traigo una receta con col muy simple y verdaderamente deliciosa, ideal para cenar ligero y sano. Espero que os guste y os animéis a probarla. Os mando un fuerte abrazo.




INGREDIENTES

  • 1 trozo de col
  • Pimientos
  • 3 huevos


  • Picamos muy fina la col y troceamos los pimientos
  • En una sartén con aceite ponemos los pimientos a cocinar durante 5 minutos con la tapadera puesta
  • Luego añadimos la col y dejamos cocinar otros 5 minutos con la tapadera.
  • Por último añadimos los tres huevos y removemos hasta que quede hecho y bien mezclado y ¡a comer!
